i had asked boat a question about thermal paste...blah blah blah... and his response had to do with wether the cpu was retail or oem. anyhow i had remebered reading an article a while back and thought i'd post it. it's about how amd is trying to dry out the oem market in favor of retail only. so, if you're building a new rig or upgrading your cpu you may find a lack of oem processors.
