Oh, there are good news. Just that bad news get more attention.

30 days to Penn State - Notre Dame game! I hope either PSU or GT will show how overrated ND is.

SI.com's Luke Winn gives the lowdown -- and the YouTube scoop -- on the future stars at the mobile QB position.
It mentioned new QBs from Ohio State & Virginia Tech. Though you guys might like to read.

Whelp, I was pretty happy with what i saw in the offence. The Defense on the other hand was agravating to watch. The linebackers were over running plays or to late getting to the back when he made his cut. The corners and the safties could not get away from the wide-outs blocking them and the back would run right by.

One thing i did notice is that we played alot of players with alot of different looks, so i'm hoping thats why we didnt play that well on D. Unless Tressel has something up his sleeve i dont believe that our D is ready to face Texas in Austin.

I could be in for a long night.

I agree. I watched most of OSU's game and the defense did not look as good as I expected. I know they're young, but still... Hopefully you are right and they take it to Texas.

VT played a scrub I-AA team and I have to say I was left unimpressed despite the 38-0 final. The OL is not looking good so I expect all the ACC teams to blitz the hell out of us and force many turnovers. Could be an 8-4 type year.

Nice win! Texas was having some success moving the ball but your D tightened up when it needed to!

I couldnt be happier with the way the D played. We are young and we will make mistakes, but to go into a hostile enviroment like Texas and come away with a W is a big confidence boost.

I thought the PSU-ND game was gonna be a classic. Boy was I WRONG! JoPa and the lions ran back to Happy Valley licking their wounds. PSU will be in the Shoe in 2 weeks and i'm looking foward to it.

Too many mistakes and lack of experiences for most starters cost PSU the game. At least, they'll learn from it and do better next time. Despite the score, the stats for both teams were pretty close. There'll be payback next year at State College. Look forward to OSU game in two weeks too.

Great win over Texas for OSU.

Can you say Snott bubbles?

I found myself rooting for the little white spec laying in the middle of the field. I thought to myself "get up".Then that turned to "move damit" after i realized he wasnt getting up. Then it turned to to anger trying to figure out where the coaches were to help him out.

PSU 6- OSU 28

There is 2 games the bother me, aside from the Michigan game. They are @ Iowa and @ MSU. Our defense will be tested next weekend by Drew Tate and hopefully offense plays better.

At every home game we have what is called the "skull session". Its kinda like a mini pep rally. The players walk thru a line of people leading into the gym, say a few words then walk thru a line of people headed toward the Shoe.

Does VT or Penn State have anything similar?

There is a chance, when its all said in done, that "The Ohio State Buckeyes" will have beatin the #2 ranked team 3 times in one year.

#1 OSU vs #2 Texas

#1 OSU vs #2 Michigan

#1 OSU vs #2 USC/WVU/Texas

We are not the hunted! We are the hunters!

Go Bucks!
