Cool. It's nice to have a new view of TFC. I'd like to see those models in action. Would you happen to have a short clip of them, too?

I've seen this type of model pack before...there is even a cartoon textures set available...Makes 2fort really match those models.

welp, here's the model pack if anyone is interested.

just extract them to

/prog files/valve/steam/steamapps/<yourusername>/team fortress classic/tfc/models/player

and theyre based on the new models, so have to go into options and select the new models or bring down the console and type "tfc_newmodels 1" to enable them. :) ;)

Just a warning though, for anyone thinking of using these models while playing on Drippy's server:

The server will auto-kick you(no ban, just a kick) if you aren't using stock models. Aparently there has been a problem of people(cheaters) using something called "Spiked" models...

Definition of a spiked model: A model that has been altered to have spikes protruding from it, allows you to actually see the model before you can shoot it(mostly used by snipers). Hit boxes are the same no matter what models you are using, but the visual advantage has prompted Drippy to dis-allow ANY non-stock player models.
Knowing where someone is before you should be able to see them using these kinds of models is the basest of cheating...because it's going to eventually screw up everyone's good time.

I tried the cartoon models last night. Man, it was funny. It took a little while to get used to classes so I could tell which class to fight. I played with old models too long. :toothy:
