in-dash receiver?

Post by boat » Wed Jan 19, 2005 7:17 pm

elo.

i think im in the market for a new in-dash reciever. my main concern is an aux input, so i can hook my mp3 player to it. as far as needed specs, a "IEJ" size should fit according to crutchfield...tis a 94 4runner, 4door, with pocket under the stereo. ive always leaned towards kenwood for car audio in the past, so unless there are some highly recommended suggestions, thats probably what im going to lean to again. ;) oh yeah - my shopping is limited to crutchfield too (gift certificate :P )...so gotta stay somewhat mainstream ;)

thx.

This is supposed to be Kenwoods with aux inputs at Crutchfields.

yeah, ive been going thru the crutchfield site the past coupla days...just wondering if there were any specific opinions for/against anything (all brands, not jsut kenwood). if kenwood, i might be leaning towards taht ez-500 model...looks nice, and sounds like its feature-rich.

:)

well, if anyone's interested/keepin tabs, i settled on this kenwood KDC-MP5028. :jam1: :)

though i was strongly leaning toward this kenwood EZ-500, which i think looks nicer...but price and features and a lil user-bility won out :-? :P ;)
