Cool, I'm going to dl some Cooking with Julia Child from the 70's. Iron Chef ain't got nothin' on Julia. Maybe some Justin Wilson and Martin Yan, too.

Hopefully I'll have cable access by the end of the week and I'll be able to suck down some tunes.... assuming Adelphia is any good.

Welp, the cable seems to work fine, but with a few minor glitches so far. To keep on topic, I'm now D/L'ing tunes at high speed - YIPPEE!!!!! A few more hours and I'll have an entire Dark Star Orchestra show. Any dead heads out there should listen to these guys. They are really good.

As for the minor glitches, I hope it's not going to be a constant thing, but right in the middle of playing TFC I get a nice big dialog box that I've got a duplicate IP addy. :( As you know, that's not good at all. As a result, I lost my connection and had to go into winipcfg to release/renew my address.

I have my Infinity E-mail set to forward/duplicate all messages to my adelphia addy. They must be related to myrealbox :P since the mail sometimes lags up to 2 hours behind.

Nope, as far as I know I don't need any management software. It's only happened once so far, so hopefully it won't happen again. I'm not real happy about the DHCP lease expiring every 4 hours though. WTF is up wit dat? It's not a problem as long as you don't reboot, but chiiiiit, this is winbloze we are talking about.

As for DSO, it's a change of pace. If you've ever listened to these guys, they actually perform a past GD show (same exact songs, order, sets) but with their own unique style. They try not to differentiate themselves too much otherwise they may as well be rappers stealin other peeps tunes and calling them their own. The show I just grabbed is of a '78 show at the Orpheum theater in San Fran. The sound quality and show is excellent. This was DSO playing at the Filmore West this February.
