Firefox Video downloader extension

I found this little add on at another forum that lets you d/l videos to your hard drive.
Nice little video capture.

Tried it on youtube and it saved it as a flv. I then converted it to mpg.

I used to use another but this one works the best...Knew about them for like a 6 month now =)

I use VLC to play the FLV.
